A BIT OF GLOVER HISTORY - SIR ALFRED MOSELY

With thanks to Liveryman Belinda Donovan who sent in these pictures relating to her Great Grandfather Sir Alfred Mosely who was Master Glover 1913-14. The picture on the left contains his medals including his badge and ribbon of a Past Master Glover. The picture on the right is of Sir Alfred escorting Princess Christian with whom he is said to have had a close relationship and financed and equipped the Princess Christian’s Children’s Nurseries for her in South Africa.
