2019 Competition Results

The results of the 2019 competitions are below, and the winners received their prizes at a luncheon at Plaisterers' Hall in the City of London on 2 July 2019

 

GLOVE DESIGN COMPETITION

Category 1:  Reinterpreting traditional gloving craftmanship

Winner: Miss Rosie Wells, Nottingham Trent University

Runner Up: Miss Great McKean, Nottingham Trent University

Category 2: Gloves inspired by a traditional global craft

Winner: Miss Hollie Brown, Nottingham Trent University

Runner Up: Adelaida Sutiagina, London College of Fashion

 

The Dents Prize for the most commercial, creative and innovative design from all entries received:

Ms Antonia Kannefass, London College of Fashion

The Silver Salver for the college making the greatest contribution to the competition:

Nottingham Trent University

 

SAFETY POSTER COMPETITION

 

Winner: Mr Jamie Parsons, Bedford College

Runner Up: Mr Daniel Porte, Bedford College
